CEO & Founder
Prior to founding GoTGo, Michael was a Senior Director at a leading ride-sharing company where he managed operations across North America. With over 15 years of experience in transportation and logistics, Michael saw an opportunity to create a platform that truly benefits both drivers and riders. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS from MIT.
Sarah Mitchell
VP Operations
Sarah brings extensive experience in scaling operations for tech startups. Before joining GoTGo, she led the expansion team at a major food delivery platform, growing their presence to 50+ cities. She is passionate about creating efficient systems that empower local communities. Sarah graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Computer Science.
James Thompson
VP Engineering
James has over a decade of experience building scalable platforms. Prior to GoTGo, he was a Principal Engineer at a leading cloud services company where he architected real-time systems handling millions of requests. He specializes in distributed systems and mobile technologies. James holds a Master's in Computer Science from Stanford University.

VP Customer Experience
Emily is a customer service leader with 12+ years of experience in hospitality and tech. She previously built the support organization at a leading e-commerce platform, creating teams known for exceptional service. Her focus is on making every GoTGo interaction seamless and delightful. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Head of Driver Relations
David started as a GoTGo driver himself before joining the team full-time. Having completed over 10,000 rides, he deeply understands driver needs and challenges. He now leads initiatives to ensure drivers have the best possible experience and earning potential. David is passionate about fair wages and worker empowerment.

Head of Marketing
Jessica is a brand strategist with experience at top advertising agencies. Before GoTGo, she led marketing campaigns for major consumer brands across the US. She is focused on building GoTGo's presence and communicating the company's mission of affordable, safe transportation. Jessica graduated from NYU Stern School of Business.

Robert is the founding partner of Horizon Ventures, an early-stage investment firm focused on mobility and logistics startups. He previously spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company, advising transportation and infrastructure clients globally. Robert holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Princeton.
Catherine Brooks
Catherine is a serial entrepreneur who founded and scaled two successful fintech companies. She brings deep expertise in building consumer-focused platforms and navigating regulatory environments. Catherine serves on several boards and is an active angel investor in mobility startups.
Thomas Wilson
Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry. He previously served as COO of a major taxi fleet operator and was instrumental in their technology transformation. Thomas is passionate about creating sustainable urban mobility solutions.
